As usual, our first concert of the year held held in the delightful St. Martin's Church, Womersley. This has become regular event for us over many years now, which is very much enjoyed by the Band. We are always made very welcome here.
The band enjoyed a lovely afternoon playing at Lotherton Hall today. The weather was glorious and the audience was very appreciative – what better way to spend a Sunday afternoon!
We performed at the Pontefract Liquorice Festival to support their event again this year.
The Patrons' Concert is performed each year, as a way of giving back something to our loyal supports; our Patrons; where we give them the full VIP treatment, providing them with personal invitations, and invite them to join the band for drinks and light refreshments before the concert starts. We always make this an extra special event, to ensure they have a great time. It's the least we can do for their continued support.
We performed in the lovely grounds Pontefract Castle.
