The Band like nothing more than to be performing in front of a live audience. It's what the hard practicing is all about!
Here is a summary of up and coming events in the Band's diary at present. Many events are open to all, and we would really love you to come along and join us. Venues are sometimes free or open air, so if you don't like the idea of stuffy formal occasions, these might just suit you down to the ground. And you won't have to pay for the privilege, either! So if you are in the area on any of the following occasions, you should have no excuse other than to come along and support your friendly local Band.

We are once again supporting the great work of the local Rotarians by performing a concert for one of their events being held in the Kings Croft Hotel in Pontefract.
Our friends at St. John's Church in Goole have invited us back in 2012 to perform another concert in their lovely Church. This has become a special venue for the band over recent years and we like to make this programme match the occasion. So come along and be assured of a great afternoon, full of music that everyone can enjoy.
Please note that as a bit of an experiment, this concert is now being performed in that afternoon, with a 3:00pm start, to see if this will be of benefit many of the audience. If it is generally accepted this is a better format, future concerts here will also be scheduled in the afternoon.
Tickets £7.00 (T.B.C.) with refreshments at the interval.

This event is now fully confirmed, where we have been asked to perform a concert in this residential home in York. I don't have many more details at the moment but will provided some as appropriate nearer the event itself.
With 2012 being Olympic Year, we will be supporting the occasion by giving our Patrons' Concert a international theme, with plenty of music representing many countries of the world and some more with sporting connections. It is sure to be a wonderful concert so get it in your diaries now.
As always, our Patrons wil be invited to a special VIP party before the concert. More information and tickets will be available nearer the time.

We have been invited back to the village of Hillam in North Yorkshire again this year, as we have become central to their festive celebrations during the turning on of their Christmas Lights. Despite being a small community, this is one of the best organised events we attend and it is a delight to be a part of the celebrations. There is normally lots going on and the warm mulled wine and mince pies are always welcome. If you are anywhere in the area, you will have a great time so why not pop along and join in the fun.
As has become somewhat of a tradition in previous years, the first concert of the new year will be held in the delightful St. Martin's Church, Womersley. This has become regular event for us over many years now, which is very much enjoyed by the Band. We are always made very welcome and they can't seem to do enough for us.
It is usually a cold evening, being in February, but they make up for this with warm mulled wine, other drinks and plenty of refreshments, many home made! Why not come along and join in the entertainment, we know you will be made very welcome too. The concert is starting at 7:30pm.
