As usual, our first concert of the year held held in the delightful St. Martin's Church, Womersley. This has become regular event for us over many years now, which is very much enjoyed by the Band. We are always made very welcome here.
The band performed to the highest standards, including several new pieces specially prepared for this concert. We always like to put together new pieces for our first performance of each new year, here at Womersly.
For Sherburn Visiting Scheme.
A special event has been put together by the Pontefract Churches Together group and the Pontefract Magan Carta Group as a one off special 800th Anniversary of the signing of the Magna Carta.
Celebrations included a new bell peal called "John De Lacy" by the bell ringers of All Saints Church and St. Giles which rang Libertess from 3:30pm. There was an outside service at the Buttercross in Pontefract where KCB was very proud to have been invited to be a part.

A full hall and wonderful audience made for a wonderful festive concert enjoyed by all this year, setting us up nicely for for 40th Anniversary Year in 2016
