What happens now?

You will soon receive an email from PayPal confirming your order and payment. This will also contain an order number, which you are advised to retain.

The Band will also receive an email from PayPal with your order details, and it confirms your payment to us. When this email is received, it will be checked, and then we will send you another email to confirm your order has been received and is being processed. Or if necessary we will contact you about any quieries with your order.

Once the order has been prepared and posted, usually within three working days, we will send you another email confirming that it is on its way to you.

In the very unlikely event that you have not heard from the band within three working days, please contact KCB here, or via any of the contact methods here, giving your email address and PayPal order number.
