There's nowhere to hide. I name names!
Names of the band members (guilty, every last one of them, I tell you!), officials and contacts. Also includes a list of current vacancies in the band.
Includes links to pages with information and photographs of players and officials, where some details about themselves and their musical backgrounds can be found. A chance to put some names to the faces so you can get to know your favourite Band even better now! Pages are added or updated, as people pass on their details. It's worth popping back from time to time.
A section dedicated to our Patrons and the Patrons scheme, with many benefits and offers for our Patrons. Check out the great reasons why you might consider becoming a patron yourself!
We do a lot from practice sessions to rehearsals to concerts and more. Here's how.
Here you will find short reviews of our past performances, with links to photographs where available. The main page has items for this year, but there are links to pages of reviews going back to 1998, when this current web site was started.
What's coming up. Includes a list of up and coming events where you can come along and see us perform, where you can use our easy to use event selection calendar.
"See you there! ..."
To show our thanks. Now includes links so you can easily help support KCB too!
Some general information about the instruments used in a typical brass band.
From absolute begginers to experianced players who want to improve their skills, KCB is able to offer a range of facilities to help you learn to play from scratch, or improve your skills, on a brass instrument. This page contains more information about the various types of sessions available, how you can find out more and how to join.
A whole host of pictures showing the Band at work, rest and play can be accessed through this section of the site.
You can browse the comments left by other visitors to our site. Go on - be nosy!
A small on-line shop, where you can view items the band has for sale at our concerts, and now you can order items on-line to be delivered directly to your door. All our CDs and tapes can be purchased here, together with several other KCB related items.
This section contains a green notice board on which are pinned various "post-it" labels with items like reminders, concert data and other KCB and non-KCB information. Primarily for use of the Band members to obtain and/or exchange information.
A section dedicated to the lighter side of music, with jokes and stories of a musical theme. You can also send in your own jokes and/or humerus musical stories for possible inclusion on the page.
Links to pages with maps and directions to locations regularly used by the band for such as rehearsals and beginners sessions. Plus other direction links and/or maps as and when they may be useful.
I've collected together a page of links to various other web sites either Band related, or for anyone who has assisted with this web site. It includes the web-ring section originally on the home page.
Some documents that might be useful to people thinking of joining KCB or hiring the band. Also some internal KCB documentation available through logon.
Here is your chance to pass back any comments, suggestions or requests to the band. Your comments may also be included in the Guest Book page if you wish, (just as soon as they have been actioned by the KCB WebMaster). We really would like to hear anything you have to say about the Band (or this WEB site), be it good or bad. Your input is important in shaping what we do. So please fill in the form and send it to on us. It only take a few moments!
